The property is located in walking distance to Mollymook beach, Mollymook bowling club and golf club and close to Mollymook shops. NO pets allowed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from wonderful location ,great views This place is great value and I would highly recommend it . This 3 bedroom cottage is extremely clean and has all you need to enjoy beautiful Mollymook. The location is perfect for short walks to the beach, bowling club, surf club, golf club and cafes. Approx 400 metres to the waters edge. Fantastic sunrises can be viewed from the outdoor deck. All the comforts you need are here. Plenty of parking . LCD flat screen wall mounted tv, we had absolutely no problems with this property. Overall clean , tidy , great value for money

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Some highs, some lows This house was neat and tidy and seemed to have recently had a spruce up as the bathroom and back verandah looked new. It has a powerful air conditioner and the only sound you will hear at night is the ocean which can be seen from the lounge room and kitchen. The kitchen is old but functional and had a new looking free standing stove with a ceran cooktop and the fridge also appeared to be new. There was however, only one saucepan and a 20cm frying pan and the cutlery has plastic handles and felt cheap. There was an electric fry pan but who uses them anymore? There is no dishwasher. The house sleeps seven in a queen bed, double bed, and double bed with a single bunk. The bed in the main bedroom is quite solid so no squeaks. All of the bedrooms had roller blinds and horizontal sliding windows, so if you want to sleep with the window open the blind has to be all the way up or it flaps around in the breeze all night. The bedding is cheap and the doonas are of the type that slide around inside the covers and eventually slide right off the bed. We took all our own bedding as we have struck this problem before in another house. The lounge room has a large-ish flat screen TV but the slightest breeze would send the TV reception packing. There are horizontal sliding windows but they are fitted with vertical blinds that are installed back to front, so like the bedrooms, the breeze makes the blinds flap about. Our main gripe with this house though was the small hot water service. You could get two showers in then had to wait half an hour for the water to heat back up. I thought this was strange as the hot water service is in the laundry and there is enough room for a unit twice it's size. When we left the house, having worked in the hotel industry, I vacuumed, mopped, made the beds, arranged the lounge cushions and the dining chairs and later received a phone call from the managing agent saying that the cleaners would be charging for extra cleaning of bed linen that we didn't use. I was ropeable. Overall this house was clean, tidy, well located but has too many problems and tv reception and hot water shouldn't be on the list.
