The sunken lounge is an ideal location to watch your favourite TV show or to keep an eye on others enjoying the solar heated in-ground salt water pool.
There is a double garage with internal access and parking for two additional cars or a boat in the driveway. The home features fully reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you cool or toasty warm.
The property is pet friendly ensuring your fur baby can come on holidays with you. There is a secure fenced off safe area outside the laundry while you're out, and a large grassed area next to the pool when you're at home. But please do not let your pet inside or on the decks and if they do need to sleep inside or theyre a bit noisy when youre out, the garage easily transforms into a sixth bedroom with pet bed provided.
The property is non-smoking inside however if you want to smoke you're most welcome to outside but please dispose of your butts in an outdoor rubbish bin or the ashtrays provided.

Late check-out of 12 Noon for all bookings
Where there is a tenant arriving the same day as you leave a 10am check-out applies to allow for cleaning. The Raine and Horne Holiday Team will let you know check-out time at check-in.

This means that this property, like all properties managed through Raine and Horne Mollymook/Ulladulla within the Shoalhaven City Council area is subject to a NON-PARTY policy which requires you to keep noise reasonable at all times and after dark to an absolute minimum. You must ensure numbers do not exceed the maximum of 13 guests. Thanks for your understanding
