It offers sweeping views across Mollymook Beach while only two minutes down a bush track you're at a beach so rarely visited you can call it your own. A few minutes further on foot and you're swimming in safety at the patrolled Mollymook and Narrawallee beaches. BBH offers you the privacy and solitude to completely relax but everything you want is also close by. There are two golf courses, a wide selection of dining options, the Bowling, Ex Serviceman's and Golf clubs, all the supermarkets, Milton historic village, national parks, world famous surf breaks; the list goes on and on
Not only is BBH positioned in a stunning spot, the home on its own takes you away from the every day. It is an architecturally designed coast house made for relaxation, celebration and indulgence. Its five bedrooms and three bathrooms means the extended family, multiple couples or larger groups stay in comfort, but the clever design means that it is still intimate enough to accommodate a couple or smaller groups in luxury.
The open plan incorporates a fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasting European appliances so your inner chef can be unleashed. BBH has everything you need; pans, chef's knives, oven dishes, two full dining sets etc etc. You can enjoy your meal in so many different ways; an informal meal on the Essastone breakfast bar, a sit down formal dinner at the twelve place dining suite or just sit around the outdoor setting while the BBQ sizzles away.
The sunken lounge between the kitchen/dining and the alfresco area is an ideal location to watch your favorite TV show or to keep an eye on family or friends frolicking in the in-ground salt water swimming pool which is also solar heated. There is a double garage with internal access and parking for two additional cars or a boat in the driveway. If it's too hot or a little bit chilly the home features fully reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you cool or toasty warm.
The property is pet friendly so your fur baby can come on holidays as well. There is a secure fenced off safe area outside the laundry while you're out, and a large grassed area next to the pool when you're at home. But please do not let your pet inside or on the decks and if they do need to sleep inside, the garage easily transforms into a sixth bedroom with pet bed provided.
The property is non-smoking inside however if you want to smoke you're most welcome to outside but please dispose of your butts in an outdoor rubbish bin or the ashtrays provided.
At BBH you have Wi-Fi, a huge backlit smart TV with Foxtel, a BluRay player with extensive library, a JBL Sound bar with Bluetooth connectivity and a selection of board games. The new owners are constantly improving the offerings so next time you stay there'll be something new.
Finally BBH provides all your linen and bathroom towel requirements. The well stocked pantry means if you forget the salt, are craving an English breakfast or peppermint tea or a coffee you won't have to race down to the shop each and every time and each of the three bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel; just in case you forget.
The Pool is also solar heated.

Bannisters Beach House is located in a residential area. This means that this property, like all properties managed through Raine and Horne Mollymook/Ulladulla within the Shoalhaven City Council area is subject to a non-party policy which requires you to keep noise reasonable at all times and after dark to a minimum.
