Sitting high on Bannisters Point, 220 Mitchell is ideally positioned. It offers sweeping views across Mollymook Beach while only a few minutes on foot and you're swimming in safety at the patrolled Mollymook or Narrawallee beaches.

220 Mitchell is in a location that offers you the privacy and solitude to completely relax but everything you want is close by. There are two golf courses, Milton village, national parks, world famous surf breaks; the list goes on and on.

Whether on foot or a short drive there is a huge selection of dining options; the local Grey Dolphins takeaway, Rick Steins world famous restaurant at Bannisters Lodge, Tallwoods and the new Bannisters Pavilion at Mollymook Shops and in Ulladulla youve got it all; Thai, Chinese, Pizza, Seafood, McDonalds, KFC, the Bowling, Ex Serviceman's and Golf clubs, etc. etc. etc.

220 Mitchell takes you away from the every day. Unlike other holiday homes that are just normal homes in a nice location, 220 Mitchell actually makes you feels like youre on holidays. It is an architecturally designed coast house made for relaxation and indulgence. Its five bedrooms and three bathrooms can accommodate the extended family and multiple couples with or without children the clever design means that it is still intimate enough to accommodate a couple or smaller group.

The property boasts a fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasting European appliances so your inner chef can be unleashed. 220 Mitchell has everything you need; pans, knives, oven dishes, two full dining sets etc. etc. You can also enjoy your meal in so many different ways; an informal meal on the Essastone breakfast bar, a sit down formal dinner at the twelve place dining suite or just hang out at the outdoor table while the Weber Family Q BBQ sizzles away.

The sunken lounge is an ideal location to watch your favourite TV show or to keep an eye on others enjoying the solar heated in-ground salt water pool.

There is a double garage with internal access and parking for two additional cars or a boat in the driveway. The home features fully reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you cool or toasty warm.

The property is pet friendly ensuring your fur baby can come on holidays with you. There is a secure fenced off safe area outside the laundry while you're out, and a large grassed area next to the pool when you're at home. But please do not let your pet inside or on the decks and if they do need to sleep inside or theyre a bit noisy when youre out, the garage easily transforms into a sixth bedroom with pet bed provided.

The property is non-smoking inside however if you want to smoke you're most welcome to outside but please dispose of your butts in an outdoor rubbish bin or the ashtrays provided.

At BBH you have Wi-Fi, a huge backlit smart TV with Foxtel, a Blu-ray player with an extensive library of movies and shows, and a selection of board games. The new owners are constantly improving the offerings so if you stay again there'll always be something new.

220 Mitchell provides all your linen and bathroom towel requirements with top quality linen and towels including face washers, hand towels and bathroom mats replaced after each and every tenant. The well-stocked pantry means if you forget the salt, are craving an English breakfast or peppermint tea or a coffee you won't have to race down to the shop and each of the three bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Late check-out of 12 Noon for all bookings

Where there is a tenant arriving the same day as you leave a 10am check-out applies to allow for cleaning. The Raine and Horne Holiday Team will let you know check-out time at check-in.

The solar heated pool is set to 22 degrees between September and April but the temperature varies depending on how sunny it has been. It does take time to heat the massive amount of water after winter, once again depending on the amount of sun and temperature.

Unfortunately there was an incident that occurred outside of the control of the owner and real estate agent. However, the real estate agent was very responsive and dealt with the issue promptly. Would stay again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing family holiday! Where to start?... This was by far the most amazing holiday house we have ever stayed in! This house had everything we could need for our two families (including five kids). We've stayed at nearly a dozen different holiday houses around the Ulladulla/Mollymook/Narrawallee area and this was by far my favourite. Top quality linen & towels, soaps & shampoos, amazing pool & board games to keep the kids busy. Super big TV with Foxtel and WIFI (a dream for our internet-addicted teenager)!!! The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom (and bath!) was such a treat. With two families in the house, both sets of parents were able to enjoy a bedroom with ocean views and ensuite - king bed and fancy bathroom upstairs, queen bed and lovely ensuite downstairs. We enjoyed the selection of quality teas and pod coffees each morning, and would occasionally walk down the road to Mollymook shops to grab coffees from Tallwood Cafe/Restaurant. The little track down to North Mollymook beach was a hidden surprise. If your standing on the driveway facing the sea - look to the left and you'll see walkers disappear into the trees. They are actually walking 200m down a track to the beach! We took our surfboards and boogie boards down a couple times and had some great sessions. There is also an easier (but longer) walk to the beach down Mitchell Parade, then Beach Road. The kitchen had everything we needed to host a dinner party for over 20 people! (Big family - visiting for a siblings wedding) Miele dishwasher did a great job of keeping the kitchen tidy and the washing machine & dryer were much appreciated for the bub's clothing. We were lucky enough to have several days of hot sun, so the pool was used throughout the day and air-conditioning turned on in the evening. One thing I would definitely suggest if you've got babies who are on the move is to bring (or arrange) an extra wide baby gate for the top of the stairs. We brought our concertina folding playpen that worked a treat (the span at the top of the stairs is about 1.5metres). Booking through Raine & Horne was an absolute breeze, and both Lyn and Mel were incredibly helpful answering questions in the lead up to our stay. Picking up and dropping off keys was a breeze and they even allowed a much appreciated late check-out so we could spend some time at the beach one last time! I highly recommend this house if you're looking for something extra special. It's a little pricier than some other places but you won't be dissappointed - I promise you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Property! We had such a great time this house is amazing! Great location too! The photos don't do this place justice, it exceeded our expectations. The view from the front of the house is breathtaking. The pool, the decor and all the added extras are just some of the things that make this place fantastic. Will definitely return in summer when the weather is warmer. Highly recommend this property you won't be disappointed.
