Absolute beach front location on Mollymook Beach, Number 10 boasts a spectacular vantage point to both the North and South ends of the Surf Patrolled beach. Delivering superb views of the ocean and beachscape the house offers homely appointments, tasteful decorations and furnishings, providing an extremely comfortable and relaxed environment with two large open living spaces.
The spacious ocean facing deck provides a great environment for enjoying the full splendour of this magnificent location with a private path that leads directly to the beach.
Number 10 offers five separate sleeping areas; Upstairs has master bedroom with queen bed, build-in-robe and tallboy, two bedrooms with bunk beds and a full bathroom. Downstairs has two bedrooms with sleeping configuration of a Queen and a Double bed with second bathroom, games table and second living area; perfect for the kids. This combination provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to three families including six adults (3 x couples) with 4 children. The bunk beds are full single size and will also comfortably sleep adults.
In addition to the two bathrooms, the house also includes a third bathroom and separate toilet in the downstairs laundry. The Laundry is also equipped with a washing machine, dryer and sink. An outdoor beach shower is located on the Eastern side, just as you walk up from the beach.
The dining table seats eight. The main lounge area incorporates a TV and sofa that also comfortably seats eight with ocean views and access to the rear deck. Foxtel with sport and movies is also at the property.
The kitchen incorporates an electric cooktop electronic controlled stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, and a large selection of utensils, pots, pans, trays, platters, crockery and cutlery. The main kitchen bench has an eat-in bar that seats two. The outdoor entertaining area has a table to seat eight and a gas BBQ.
Walk to Mollymook Golf Club, the 9-hole Golf Course, Mollymook Surf Club and local cafe restaurants. Tallwood Restaurant and Rick Stein's Bannisters are close by as are the local supermarkets and shopping centre.
Off Peak: $2600 weekly, Minimum days 2.
Weekend rates: $1000.00 (through all seasons except for Peak and Easter).
Peak: $4000 weekly Minimum days 7. Must arrive and depart on a Saturday.
Easter: $3600 weekly, Minimum days 7.
Mid Holidays: $2800 weekly, Minimum days 2.
* Please note there is a $500 refundable bond added to the total to cover any damages or breakages at the property (if any). This will be refunded to you after we have inspected the property when you have departed.
* A $30 Tenant booking fee will be added to each of the figures above.
* Linen is provided, towels are not.
