This four (4) bedroom holiday home would suit a large family, two families with children, or an extended family get together. One of the double bedrooms has it's own toilet and access both internally and to the covered courtyard. There is another double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a single and a set of bunks ( a double on the bottom and a single up top). There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
There is another separate toilet and a recently renovated bathroom with a bath.
This house has a renovated kitchen which has lots of bench space and a dishwasher. It has a cooks supply of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and kitchen appliances.
The laundry has a washing machine.
There is a spare fridge in the garage.
The dining table seats 6. However there is a breakfast bar and a folding dining table and plenty of extra chairs.
The living room has a flat screen TV, playstation, DVD, loads of kids and family games.
The living area has a split system reverse cycle airconditioner.
There is a pleasant courtyard at the side of the house, with BBQ, outside fridge, table soccer. Plenty of beach equipment: folding chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, fishing gear, buckets and spades, kayak
The back yard is flat and fenced ideal for the kids and a dog.
Linen and towels are not provided.
Mollymook is in the middle of some of the best south coast ocean beaches. For swimming and surfing there is something to suit everybody. The calm ocean pool in the Ulladulla Harbour. The perfect family spot on the crystal clear waters of the Narawallee inlet, which also has beautiful walks, a great picnic area and is the ideal location to put in a canoe or kayak. There are many surfing beach locations within a few minutes drive or join the crowd to check the board surfing conditions at the Lighthouse. Mollymook is also surrounded by beautiful lakes. Conjola just a short drive north with abundant wild life. Burrill Lake is a short drive south and opens into the sea at the sublime Dolphin Point, the perfect location for the kids. Further south is lake Tabourie and Durras.
And don't forget the fishing.
Pidgeon House Mountain in the Morton National Park is 30 minutes drive from Milton, it's a big climb up 720 metres but the magnificent panoramic view is worth the effort.
Milton is just a few minutes drive away and it is full of great places to eat and lots of quirky shops. Maybe take a longer drive south just 1/2 hour away is Bateman's Bay the biggest town in the vicinity or even Canberra a further 2 hours on.
