This is the ideal beach house suitable for a large family or 2 - 3 couples with an open plan living area, large deck with sweeping views across Mollymook Beach and a salt water pool in the back garden. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with a Queen size bed. Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and one larger room with single beds and a bunk ensemble sleeping a total of six guests. This house is ideal for two families with children. Adults could have Queen bedrooms on separate floors and children can all bunk in together with three single beds and a three bed bunk ensemble. Ideal!
The property is located at the Northern end of Mollymook Beach on Mitchell Parade only a short stroll down the steps onto the pearly white sands of Mollymook Beach.
Each end of the beach is nicely sheltered for young children. The southern end of the beach is patrolled during summer and there is a beautiful area with rock pools at low tide. The northern end is patrolled during the Christmas holiday period. Narrawallee Beach is a short car ride (or 10 minute walk) away for an equally beautiful beach with a sheltered inlet. Narrawallee Beach is patrolled during the Xmas Holidays.

Rick Stein's award winning restaurant at Bannister Point Lodge, with magnificent views from the headland, is only a short stroll away so you can enjoy Rick's wine list without having to worry about the drive home. Just around the corner is the terrific newcomer on the local restaurant scene Tallwood. Tallwood offers exceptional tapas style sharing dishes and an unbeatable breakfast.
The area is bristling with local markets. Historic Milton is 5 minutes away where you can also enjoy a fantastic hot rock massage or facials at Ingenu. Vegetarian restaurant "Pilgrims" in Milton provides excellent value for money. The Mexican Nights from Thursday to Saturday are second to none and the fruit smoothies are simply delicious.
Ulladulla has twin cinemas for lazy nights or wet weekends, the newly opened bowling centre, and a great swimming pool and gym for bad weather days.
Shelves are stocked with plenty of reading, we only ask that you finish the book before you leave.
Seafood / Dining
For those who are looking for a more relaxing evening at home the local shopping centre is only a short walk away and boasts a Foodworks supermarket, a bottle shop, a magnificent Deli, a Bakery, a Takeaway Shop for "burgers with the lot" or the Butchery to cater for the BBQ. There is also the local newsagency for the morning papers.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Any cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice incur 100% of the cost. A refund will only be made if the property is re-rented and is limited to the amount the property can be re-rented for but will never be more than 80% of the original total cost.
Guests are reminded that the cost of replacement or repair of any items that may go missing or that are damaged that goes beyond "fair wear and tear" and that is caused by the guests will be charged to their account and subsequently charged to their credit card provided at time of check in.
