ONE 1 bedroom.
1 queen bed
2 single bunks
1 single bed in the lounge room if you really needed an extra.
This one bedroom is L shaped.
There is a queen sized bed, with built-in bunks in the same room around the corner.
It doesn't suit everyone but there is also a shearers bed in the lounge room if you really need a fifth person staying.
This arrangement has suited many a family with small kids.
This often suits a family with older kids.
This sometimes suits a group of adults that say have shared a tent before and laugh chat & giggle themselves into a champagne induced sleep.
We regret that we cannot accept any dogs.
We adjoin a sheep farm with sheep and lambs coming right up to the fence.
This fence is a farm fence and is not dog proof.

Moruya, a country town but just 7km from uncrowded unspoilt beaches
Moruya Country Retreat is a heritage listed building 5km west of Moruya.
Moruya has a population of 8,600 people, with many impressive cafe's and eateries and great shopping.
Moruya is 20 mins south of Batemans Bay.
2hrs from Canberra.
4hrs from Sydney.
Regional Express Rex Airlines flies to and from Moruya airport daily.
Our cheese factory was first opened in 1892 before becoming a cordial factory, private music hall, pigeon house, man-shed and now a unique place to soak up the ambience of an old building and recharge your batteries.
We offer exclusive use of the building, privacy and plenty of space.
The building is one bedroom with a Queen bed, two deluxe built in bunks and a day bed in the lounge room if you need to squeeze in a fifth person. Feel free to bring a cot along for a little-un for no extra charge.
The property is in a quiet location, during busy holiday periods you will be completely removed from the crowds and traffic. Sometimes when we duck into town we are taken by surprise by the bustle and action that is so close yet out of sight.
15mins drive from a number of beaches, there is plenty to explore locally or take a day trip to one of the other gorgeous towns on the south coast.
All the usual outdoor sporting options are available such as river, lake or ocean fishing- plenty of room here to park your boat. Moruya has a surprisingly challenging golf course as does Narooma to the south and Batemans Bay Catalina to the north.
If you are caravanning why not take a couple of night off to spread your wings or take refuge from nasty weather, there is good access and easy parking for the largest of home away from homes.
