This large two bedroom unit is tastefully decorated and sits right on the Tomago River estuary at Mossy Point. Only 20 minutes drive from Batemans Bay.This property has a main permanent residence above and the unit is located at the back underneath the main property.
BEDROOMS Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets. The cleaning fee when booking is actually the linen fee. You will have to bring your own towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. The master bedroom has a Queen Bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has 2 king singles.
BATHROOMS There is a bathroom which includes a shower, a bath and a toilet. There is a separate laundry including washing machine and another toilet.
LIVING AREA A large open plan living area is available to take advantage of the river breeze. There are sliding doors that open up and allow you direct access to the back yard and the jetty below. An air conditioner for your convenience. This is a flat one level unit.
KITCHEN A well-stocked kitchen is available with everything youll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal
OUTDOORS A covered gas BBQ for you to use, and just to the side open the extra room available for the outdoor entertaining under cover. this is a garage converted.Parking -Do not park on grass, park at the top of property in parking bay, or off street parking provided. To gain entry - walk and make your way down LHS of property key box located down from the electrical box, down a couple of steps, on the wall near the small window and your access door is located at the back of the building with views directly out to the water. There is another pathway free of steps on a slight gradient on the RHS.
