Beautiful ocean views and the gentle sounds of the waves abound in this recently renovated home. Surfside Cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bedroom/rumpus room and an open plan kitchen/living/dining area complete with a breakfast bar where you can take in the ocean views.
The Cottage comfortably sleeps 9 with a queen bedroom, double bedroom and third bedroom with three single beds including a bunk bed. A large fourth room is set up as a second living or rumpus room with a large comfortable sofa bed converting to a double bed and a day bed which converts to two single beds. A wall mounted large TV makes this a great flexible space for guests to enjoy by day and night.
The gas BBQ is situated on the covered deck which leads out from the open plan living area. Water views can be enjoyed on the deck whatever the weather.
There is one modern bathroom complete with shower and WC. The second bathroom has a bath and stand-alone shower and a separate WC. These are complemented by an outdoor hot water shower at the front of the cottage for a post beach rinse-off.
The breakfast bar in the kitchen is a favourite to enjoy a freshly brewed coffee from capsule coffee machine maker in kitchen warmed by the gas heater.
The home is all single level with two steps to go into the fourth bedroom/rumpus and a small ramp down to the front door and large gate enclosed garden.
A portacot is available on request with 7 days notice and comfortably fits into the queen bedroom for families with little ones.
The Cottage is set on a quiet side street and is only 150 meters to the beach. A less crowded beach than Mollymook, this lovely spot has surf lifeguards during the peak summer period and rock pools for the kids to explore.
For a change of scene, young or old paddlers can visit Narrawallee inlet which is only a 2minute drive, or can be found by walking along Narrawallee beach and cutting through sand dunes.
Cafes and Shops
Mollymook is within close reach less with the north Mollymook shopping precinct approximately 1.3 kilometres from the Cottage. At the precinct you will find your basic necessities covered with a mini-supermarket, delicatessen, bakers, café, bottle shop and takeaway outlet.
International celebrity chef, Rick Stein’s Bannister Lodge and Restaurant is 20 minutes walking distance with a courtesy bus for also available to pick you up and drop you safely home at weekends. There are many other eating spots within the area, casual and award winning, many of which provide a courtesy bus that will collect you from the Cottage and return you home please check before making any reservations as courtesy buses usually run Thursdays to Sundays only.
The township of Milton is a short drive away and plays host to a number of restaurants, cafes and craft/antique and boutique shops.
November and May are a great time to stay and look out from the Cottage for migrating whales and you may see dolphins closer into shore all year round.
The area also has many activities to offer:
Kids – parks, tennis courts, cinema, walks ‘fossil’ exploring, aboriginal and the Pigeon House mountain climb as well as great areas for scooter or bike rides.
Adult – local golf courses at Mollymook, fishing, wineries, coastal walks, boutique shops, local markets, and some of the ‘kids' activities too
Mollymook and Milton have an IGA and Foodworks store while Ulladulla hosts Coles, Woolworths and Aldi for all grocery needs. Milton and Ulladulla are approximately 6 kilometres from Narrawallee.

The rates include the cleaning charge basic clean for bookings lasting 7 nights or longer.
What to bring
Bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels note that there is one queen bed, two doubles and five standard single beds. There are plenty of quilts, blankets and pillows, with spares generally in the wardrobes. A small supply of bathmats, handtowels and teatowels is provided.
There is a small supply of DVD's but it is recommended you bring your own CD's and DVD's, fishing rods, sunscreen and insect repellent.
Consumable items such as coffee capsules, tea bags, dishwashing liquid, kitchen towel, dishcloths, scourers, toilet paper etc are periodically replaced but unfortunately we can't guarantee that the previous guests don't use them all up before you
Booking and payment details
Outside of the peak summer period, preference is given to weekly bookings. During the summer only weekly bookings are available, with Saturday or Friday generally the changeover day.
Payments are made by internet banking. 50 of the applicable tariff is required as a deposit to secure a booking - on a first in, first served basis. In the unlikely event that deposits are received on the same day from prospective tenants competing for the same period, the earliest enquirer will have precedence. In some instances, however, negotiations may ensue, seeking to determine if flexibility and alternative dates can produce a satisfactory result for all.
Final payment including a refundable bond is required at least 2 weeks prior to rental period. For summer bookings the final payment is due 4 weeks before the rental starts.
