Unit 2 is part of a 3 unit building.

Unit 1. 1 Bedroom ground floor Unit

Unit 2. 2 Bedroom ground floor Unit

Unit 3. 2 Bedroom, large Unit with extra beds in the open area.

All face the Ocean that is directly in front of the units down a track.

The units themselves are older beach fibro style. Clean and tidy and in one of the best positions in the area.

The Broken Oar Restaurant, Take Away and Shop provides for all emergency shopping meals etc.

Pambula itself is a few km away and has a couple of pubs for meals, and some good shops.

Merimbula a bit further. Busy in the summer, but has the woolworths etc.

Dog Friendly

Dogs are welcome.

The beach directly in front of the units is off leash Beach.

The Area

Pambula Beach itself is as Nature intended.

No large buildings. The rivermouth and river is Great for walking, swimming or just relaxing.
