Baringa farmstay is nestled in the picturesque country side of Reidsdale with the Monga National park on our doorstep. Our unique location and our lovely house offers itself to you as a quiet restful retreat or a venue for a variety of year round outdoor activities.
Bring your own horse and explore the magnificent trails in the surrounding National Parks or hike them on foot, have a hit of tennis on the full size court, bird watch, explore the numerous historical locations in the district or simply pack a book, drinks of choice and scrumptious food and do nothing but soak up the ambiance in front of the open fire.
The guest area is a fully self-contained wing of the homestead that offers a private entrance into a well-appointed warm and welcoming home.
The large open plan kitchen and living room has an open fire that can be closed down for all night warmth. 2 sofas and a coffee table to enjoy the fire, TV, and a table for dining are all apart of this comfortable spacious room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, essentials such as tea and coffee, stove top, microwave, and sink. All cleaning and washing up products are provided including tea towels.
Large sliding doors open out to the garden providing lots of natural light and stunning views.
Bedroom 1 is a large and spacious room with a king bed, clothes hanging cupboard and beautiful views from your pillow.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and large sliding window to let in the light and fresh air. A built-in robe is also for use.
Bedroom 3 has 2 king single beds, a large built-in robe and sliding window to let in the light and fresh air.
Bedroom 4 has 2 king singles beds, large built in robe and sliding glass door which leads on to the undercover verander.
All bedrooms have linen provided including bath towels and bath mats.
The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and bath. Shampoo, bath salts and body wash are all provided for your stay.
There is an undercover verander with weber bbq, table and chairs with fantastic views of the garden, tennis court, horse paddocks and surrounding mountains.
If you want to bring your own horse, we have 5 grass paddocks all with water troughs and safe and secure electric fencing. You will need to provide your own hard feed and buckets or hay if you require it. There are no stables or round yards, but if you and your horse are happy exploring new areas along country roads and National park trails then this is the perfect place to start your adventure.
