We welcome groups of friends to stay at this property which is located in a residential area and therefore our guests are asked to respect the peaceful lifestyle of their neighbours at all times.
ALL linen sheets, pillow cases and towels are to be provided by the tenants - There are blankets and doonas etc at the home.
Whilst renovating, we have sacrificed a bath tub to allow for an addition second toilet.
MINIMUM 2 night stay and All LONG Weekends have a minimum of 3 nights stay
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AND NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. IF THIS OCCURS YOU MAY BE AT RISK OF LOSING YOUR BOND.
THE BOND AMOUNT IS $500.00 AND IS TO BE PAID IN FULL WITH FINAL PAYMENT.
ALL DAMAGES WILL BE PAID FOR TO ANY PART OF PROPERTY.
ALL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT MUST BE WASHED & PUT AWAY.
ALL AREA'S TO BE LEFT CLEAN AND WIPED DOWN.
THE CLEANING CHARGE FOR THE PROPERTY IS $100.00 AND IF THE PROPERTY DOES NOT REMAIN CLEAN, YOU MAY INCUR AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLEANING IF NOT ABIDED TO.
A 50 DEPOSIT TO SECURE BOOKING IS REQUIRED.
ANY CANCELLATION WITH IN 2 WEEKS OF BOOKING WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT.
ANY OTHER CANCELLATION WILL INCUR A FEE BASED ON THE TIME THE CANCELLATION IS MADE.
