Location – Loralyn is located on the waterfront of St Georges Basin. Private access via the back gate makes this house the perfect spot for fishing or any recreational water sport.

Configuration – Loralyn has five bedrooms and two bathrooms, and two living areas. Off the large entry hall is the bunk room, housing a tri bunk, and a single bunk complete with reverse cycle AC, and the bedroom next door is a queen room again, with reverse cycle AC. A further bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth bedroom has a queen and enough room for a baby cot if needed. Bedroom five has water views, a WIR and ensuite. The main bathroom has a separate double vanity, and is the wheel chair friendly bathroom. The laundry has a separate toilet. Two living areas equipped with TVs and reverse cycle ACs, allows everyone to have some personal space. The well equipped kitchen features, a gas cooktop, dishwasher and wall oven with beautiful, peaceful views to the water.
Outdoors – Loralyn has a level backyard that backs on to the waterfront reserve. The outdoor area has a ramp for wheelchairs to access the undercover timber decked BBQ area, as well as a pathway to the back gate for waterfront access. A fully fenced yard allows the children to play with out worry.
Heating and Cooling - There are four reverse cycle air conditioning units throughout the property two in bedrooms, and two in the living areas
Linen – Loralyn does not supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by tenant or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.
Parking - There is off and on street parking for multiple cars.
Pets – Loralyn is not pet friendly assistance dogs are more than welcome. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

Internet / Wi-Fi access- NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
