Wombarra Beach House is a little over an hour from Sydney less from the airport via Stanwell Park and the scenic Seacliff Bridge. Access is via a short private road ending in a carport. A path from the house leads directly onto the northern part of Wombarra beach which has rockpools nearby and an ocean swimming pool at the southern end. Unlike many other 'beach' houses there is no road between the house and the beach and the location is totally secluded. The house is a modern steel framed glass structure designed by architect Ed Lippmann. It has received an architectural award. There are 3 bedrooms and a study which converts to a fourth bedroom. There are two bathrooms one with a spa bath and a heated spa on the deck. There is a modern kitchen, TV/stereo, a solid fuel heater, airconditioning, and an outside BBQ. Paradise
There are two bedrooms each with a QS bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs there is a study/4th bedroom that closes off from the landing with sliding panels and has a QS bed that folds down from the wall.
