This split level house provides space and comfort. Visitors will enjoy quality furnishings throughout, including an entertainment unit with TV, DVD, and CD/Radio. There is a well- equipped kitchen and open plan living area that opens out to a spacious ocean facing deck complete with barbeque and comfortable outdoor furniture. There are three upstairs bedrooms, one with ensuite, that have access to a large rear deck. There are two car port spaces under front deck.
There is easy access to beaches that include: Cookies Beach 500m walk along the reserve track across the road from the house or Beagle Bay 1km walk along Banyandah Street back to the Sth Durras Creek bridge on the main road leading into Sth Durras or several beaches ranging from 1.5km to 5km along the old coast road in the Murramarang National Park that begins at the Murramarang Resort 1km from the house on Banyandah Street.

Murramarang Resort 1 km from house on Banyandah Street allows day guests access to the pool, bar, cafe and restaurant.
Skate park and basketball court 1km from house located at the oval junction of main road into Sth Durras and the Lake Drive.
There is extensive walking and mountain biking in the Murramarang National Park.
The Lakesea Caravan Park rents Canadian style canoes for use on Lake Durras.
Fishing is plentiful in Durras along the beach, off the rocks, or at Lake Durras.
The lake provides a perfect opportunity for kayaking and the calm waters ideal for toddlers.
South Durras local store offers basic groceries, but also a good take-away menu, newspapers, and coffee.
Batemans Bay is a 16 km drive and provides full shopping options, movie theatres, galleries and sporting venues.
Local caravan parks Lake Drive 1km from house have small shopping outlets that can provide for fishing supplies, or 'milk bar' treats.
The Mobil service station on the Princes Highway/Sth Durras Drive offers a selection of limited grocery shopping including oysters, beer and wine.

Guests may find rainwater less potable than treated water although it is perfectly safe. Guests may elect to bring bottled water or boil their drinking water.
Guests must bring their own sheet sets, that includes two sheets and pillow case per bed
