Soak up the sea breeze and sunshine at this perfectly located townhouse at Sunshine Bay. This property is tastefully furnished & fully equipped. Situated so close to the Sunshine Bay cove you won't have to get the car out at all. A very short easy walk and you will be walking on the edge of the water. Casey's Beach is also nearby in the opposite direction, with the village of Batehaven just a few more minutes away.

LAYOUT This house is a split level style townhouse, with an open plan kitchen, lounge with a Wii and dining table located downstairs. Upstairs you have three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a sitting area that is light and airy, perfect for reading your favourite book. You have access out to a beautiful deck, this has a wonderful outdoor table and chairs to enjoy. The kitchen downstairs is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a coffee pod machine for your use.

BEDROOMS This unit will sleep up to 6 people. Linen is not included. This includes sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels. Doonas & doona covers are provided one per bed. Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed - with ensuite, Bedroom 2: Double sized bed - Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds.

BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY There are 2 bathrooms on the property. The ensuite in the master bedroom and the main bathroom upstairs which has a bath, shower and toilet. The laundry is located down in the kitchen area a washer and dryer for your use.

OUTSIDE There is a small courtyard near the backdoor offering direct access to the beach front. There is a BBQ for your convenience. A double carport to park the car.

PETS Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.
