Bedroom 2 - Queen sized bed with built in wardrobe and a port-a-cot. Bedroom 3 -1 Single and Bunks, Bedroom 4 -downstairs another Queen and ensuite. Bedroom 5 - 1 Queen. Both with ceiling fans.
BATHROOMS and LAUNDRY The main bathroom has a bath, shower and separate toilet, while the ensuite has a shower and toilet. The Bathroom downstairs is another ensiute but has 2 way acess and the laundry is here, with washing machine and clothes dryer.
OUTSIDE There are two decks, one off the living room where you can see the water, another off the sitting room at the rear of the home. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy the afternoon. The front deck which is perfect for the early morning coffee. For kids entertainment, the covered veranda with gas BBQ. Note, the garage is not available, the carport is large enough to park a boat. You have a few walks nearby that the whole family can do, the Mangrove Walk which, winds through exceptional landscape via a 300m boardwalk and the beach. Its a 2km loop.
