On the upper level is a well equipped open plan kitchen, dining & living area which adjoins a spacious wrap around sun deck. Outdoor furniture, umbrellas & a gas barbecue are provided for alfresco meals.
There are two bedrooms upstairs with good quality queen beds, the second also has a single bed. Both bedrooms have access to a bathroom with shower recess & vanity, with a separate WC.
On the ground level is a third sleeping area with three bunk beds, bathroom with shower & WC plus laundry facilities. The 2nd living area has been recently refurbished & has a pool table & 2nd television. For convenience a 2nd fridge is located in this area.
Off street car & boat parking is available with a fenced & gated back garden area. This holiday home is sure to become a firm favourite with families & couples alike.
