This is a private and quiet residence location yet close to all attractions and facilities. Ulladulla CBD, Mollymook beach, Ulladulla bowling club, Ulladulla harbour and Mollymook golf club are all within a 1 km radius.
Set out over two levels, upstairs has an open plan living area, kitchen, dining, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms upstairs have comfortable beds, 1 queen and 1 double. Large glass windows surround the open plan living area bathing it in light and sunshine and giving magnificent views to the water and providing a relaxed and calm atmosphere throughout. Enjoy balmy nights on the deck listening to the waves crash on the sand whilst discussing your plans for the next day.
Downstairs has another two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, kitchenette, 2nd living area, bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer. The living area leads out onto a large deck and bbq area overlooking the large yard.

It is a 3 minute drive into Ulladulla township. Neighbouring towns Milton, Mollymook, Burrill Lake are all within 5 minutes drive.
Jervis Bay Marine Park is 40 minutes north & Batemans Bay is 40 minutes south.
Ulladulla is situated in the Shoalhaven which is renowned for its white sandy beaches, great surfing and fishing, scenic rivers & lakes with national parks and mountain ranges as a backdrop.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests this includes day visitors above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
This property is NOT pet friendly.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
