This pet friendly home is located on Elizabeth drive, close to beaches and parks, a few minutes walk to white sands nature walk, a short drive from shopping centre and 8 minutes from Huskisson.
This two level guest house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offering up to 12 sleeping positions in bedrooms plus two fold down overnight beds for an extra 3 guests if needed. Extra people charges above 12 do not apply.
Linen and towels are supplied for each booked sleeping position, beds are prepared before you arrive.
The ground floor hosts the entrance lounge and dining area with access to garden and outdoor BBQ area. A fully equipped kitchen with extras such as juicer, rice cooker and slow cook pot, a dishwasher and washing machine.
The dining area opens on to a spacious garden which hosts fruit trees and flowering plants. The garden is both child and pet friendly, fully fenced with a good degree of privacy.
Upstairs you will find a second lounge area which is equipped with a wide screen TV, board games, Wii games station plus a play-station both with various games, books, music c.d's and movie DVD's. This room leads onto a veranda which overlooks the garden and has glimpses of Jervis Bay water views.
The house is a short 300mtr stroll to Nelsons Beach, Plantation point picnic grounds and White Sands Nature Walk. Please note this house is not beach front.
The driveway will host four cars, double parked and street parking is unlimited. The house does not offer garage parking.
This is a pet friendly house, we respectfully request dogs are not left unatended on the property either inside or out during your stay.

Please ensure you accurately count your guests as this house is offered at discounted rates to groups from 4 people, if you book for a small group you may find some bedrooms are not accessible, to ensure all your guests have a sleeping position you must advise correct numbers.
Linen and towels are provided for all booked sleeping positions which includes the spare fold out beds and a portacot. Linen includes sheets, douvet covers and pillow slips, bath matts and towels.

Is a studio room which offers a separate lounge, TV and kitchenette, it hosts a bunk with double bed on bottom and single bed on top, if you book for more than 9 people this room is available along with the 3rd shower / toilet bathroom, if you book for less than 9 people this area is not included in your booking.
One lounge offers a fold down overnight bed which sleeps 2 people, there is also a single overnight single bed available.
One portacot is provided additional portacots can be hired from Bay linen hire.
Pets and other bits n pieces.
The house is located in a residential area with permanent tenants as neighbours , we respectfully ask outdoor areas including the garden and veranda are not be used after 11pm. This house has a strict no party policy so please do not book if your intention is to host a celebration.
Pets are welcome, Dogs must not be left unattended at any time, we expect pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and the garden be left in a clean condition without damage. We strongly recommend you front-line your pets for a safe and trouble free holiday.
Included in your booking fee is a nominal cleaning fee, this allows for a general clean on your departure, guests are expected to leave the house as it is found. Extra cleaning charges may apply when excess rubbish is left, when furniture has been relocated, when dishes are not stored appropriately or when BBQ or oven is used and not cleaned. In these instances your booking bond may be reduced before return.
