Separated into upstairs and downstairs, there is ample room for the kids to play ping pong or run amok in the back garden while you enjoy the view from the upstairs deck. Each level has a bathroom, whilst upstairs enjoys two bedrooms and down stairs has a large bedroom with single bunks and a double bed. A maximum of 6 adults are welcome at the house, with room for an additional 2 children.
The kitchen is modern and well laid out with European appliances, dishwasher, stove and oven.
Upstairs has an open plan living area that seamlessly integrates with the balcony. All the mod cons are up here like Apple TV, Wireless internet, DVD's, stylish furniture and laid-back, comfortable feel.
Del Sol will sleep up to 6 adults. The remaining guests must be children under 16 years old. Infants in their own cots can be additional to the maximum guest limit.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.

BATHROOMs & LAUNDRY
There is a bathroom on each level decked out with Sukin body products. Within the downstairs bathroom is a European washer and dryer.
A reasonable sized private Tropical back garden has plenty of room for the kids to run around. It is fully fenced, has a clothesline and outdoor Balinese style furniture including two comfortable day beds to read that favourite book on.
There is sufficient space to park 2 cars in the drive way and there is plenty of room to park on the quiet street.
The owner of the property has recently purchased a range of outdoor equipment to allow you to make the most of Jervis Bay. For a small additional fee he will allow use of 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, foam surfboards and Boogie boards, snorkelling gear, tennis racquets, a beach cricket set and more.
Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.

> ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Wherever possible, we will contact you the day before to offer early arrival and/or late departure.
If you don't hear from us, we ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 10am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.
> WHAT IS INCLUDED?

The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is "Spray and Wipe", detergent, dishwashing tablets and dishcloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics and often more including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.
Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.
There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.
Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost.

Please be aware that ADSL fixed line broadband internet connections are very unreliable and speeds are significantly slower than metropolitan areas. Unfortunately we have no control over this. There is extensive coverage of Telstra's 4G and 3G mobile network in the area if you wish to use your mobile phone. Where internet is advertised, we do our best to keep it online, however, please don’t plan your holiday around a reliable internet connection.
