Sitting on the top deck overlooking the huge garden with a beautiful pool and potentially hours of fun and exploration for the kids, you'll be glad you decided to stay at Poolside.
Although only a few minutes walk to the beach, some days it's just easier to fire up the barbeque and settle in around the pool for the afternoon. This property has plenty of outdoor entertaining space with a large deck upstairs and undercover area downstairs, both overlooking the substantial back yard. Out the front there's a smaller deck coming off the living room that is flooded in morning light and has good water views of the Bay.
This property is ideal for a couple of families with children. It is in a very quiet street, so you'll only be disturbed by the gentle lapping of the waves and birdsong.
Beaches, playgrounds and the bike path into Huskisson are all nearby. If you feel like stretching the legs, the stunning White Sands Walk will take you all the way to Hyams Beach approx. 40mins and a well deserved coffee.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one of which doubles as a kids tv room. There is also a combined laundry/bathroom. Upstairs houses another 2 bedrooms, a modern kitchen and the living/dining area. There's a good sized television to enjoy a lazy movie or 2 and a large deck overlooking the pool.
Poolside will sleep up to 10 people, however there is a maximum of 6 adults permitted, with the two sets of bunk beds to be occupied by children only.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
- Master Bedroom: Upstairs, east facing with a Queen size bed and built in wardrobe, ceiling fan.
- Bedroom Two: Upstairs, Queen bed not bunks as per photo and chest of drawers plus a small TV and ceiling fan. Has access onto the back deck.
- Bedroom Three: Downstairs, single bunks, tv and lounge not a double and single as per photo with a chest of drawers. Has access to the downstairs rear deck.
- Bedroom Four: Downstairs, with a Queen bed and set of bunk beds.
Please note; whilst the house sleeps 10, there is a maximum of 6 adults.
BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY
Downstairs there is a combined bathroom and laundry complete with shower, toilet, top loading washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs has a recently renovated bathroom with a freestanding bath, shower and toilet.
The back yard is huge There is a salt water pool not heated, trampoline and plenty of room to run around. Both the yard and the pool are fully fenced.
As mentioned previously, there is a large entertaining deck with a generous outdoor setting and barbeque.
There’s plenty of parking in the driveway and on the quiet street out the front although the garage is not available for guest use.
Pets are welcome max. one dog only and it is just a short walk to the doggie friendly Nelsons beach.

> ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Wherever possible, we will contact you the day before to offer early arrival and/or late departure.
If you don't hear from us, we ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 10am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
> PARTIES, FUNCTIONS and GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.
> WHAT IS INCLUDED?
We provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will even have the beds made for you when you arrive
The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is "Spray and Wipe", detergent, dishwashing tablets and dishcloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics and often more including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.
Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.
There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.
Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost.
If you find something that you would expect to have at YOUR holiday home is missing, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange it.

Please be aware that ADSL fixed line broadband internet connections are very unreliable and speeds are significantly slower than metropolitan areas. Unfortunately we have no control over this. There is extensive coverage of Telstra's 4G and 3G mobile network in the area if you wish to use your mobile phone. Where internet is advertised, we do our best to keep it online, however, please don’t plan your holiday around a reliable internet connection.
