Perfectly located opposite the popular Collingwood Beach, and a short walk around the corner to the kiddy friendly Moona Moona Creek, this architecturally designed beach house is perfect for an extended family get together or a weekend away with 2 or 3 families.
Oasis Beach House has plenty of room for the kids to hang out in their own “wing” of the property, complete with games room, an outdoor area and plenty of room to run amok. There is table tennis, a Playstation 3 PS3, loads of board games, as well as two bikes with helmets.
The bike path that goes into Huskisson comfortable 10 min bike ride and Vincentia 15 mins is just across the quiet road and of course you’ve got the beach and protected waters of Moona Moona Creek on your door step.

Downstairs has a couple of living areas so there is plenty of space accommodate a couple of larger families. There is a nice warm gas fireplace for the cooler months while the rest of the year you’ll be kept comfortable by the afternoon ocean breeze.
The large kitchen is open plan and perfect for entertaining. It has everything you need for a big cook up and a dishwasher to help with the clean up
Oasis will sleep up to 12 people with a maximum of 8 adults. If there are more than 8 guests, a small surcharge will be added to your tariff to cover extra cleaning and the making of beds.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
- Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed that leads onto a deck with stunning ocean views. There is a large walk in robe and it is located adjacent to a large bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed also with a deck and plenty of storage.
- Bedroom 3: Queen sized bed and shared en suite.
- Bedroom 4: Queen sized bed and shared en suite and private deck.
- Bedroom 5: Two single beds adjacent to the rumpus room.
There is also a set of bunk beds suitable for children only in the rumpus room.
BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY
There are 3 large bathrooms, with the main one upstairs equipped with a large spa bath.
The laundry is downstairs and has access to outside and the clothes line around the corner. There’s also a clothes dryer.
There is a small, fully fenced yard out the back and plenty of deck room available both upstairs and downstairs.
Children are very welcome at the house and we can provide a portacot and highchair, although due to the width of the stairs, we are not able to fit a stair gate. Please also be aware that the curved deck downstairs hasn’t got a railing on it and is not suitable for small children see photograph.
As well as a large 2 car lock up garage, there is room on the driveway for another car to be parked.
Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.

> ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Wherever possible, we will contact you the day before to offer early arrival and/or late departure.
If you don't hear from us, we ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 10am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
> PARTIES, FUNCTIONS and GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.
> WHAT IS INCLUDED?

The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is "Spray and Wipe", detergent, dishwashing tablets and dishcloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics and often more including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.
Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.
There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.
Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost.
If you find something that you would expect to have at YOUR holiday home is missing, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange it.

Please be aware that ADSL fixed line broadband internet connections are very unreliable and speeds are significantly slower than metropolitan areas. Unfortunately we have no control over this. There is extensive coverage of Telstra's 4G and 3G mobile network in the area if you wish to use your mobile phone. Where internet is advertised, we do our best to keep it online, however, please don’t plan your holiday around a reliable internet connection.
