There is loads of off-street parkingand the attached garage can be used to store your bikes,fishing gear and canoe or play that game of table tennis.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. Please BRING your own beach towels;

Two open plan living areas with timber floors, one that opens onto a large leafy timber deck with gas BBQ and outdoor dining table/chairs;
A well-stocked kitchen with everything youll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Gas stove cooking, electric oven (sorry, no dishwasher);
Large outdoor deck with BBQ and outdoor setting for 6. Off-street parking for up to 3 cars;
This property is suitable for pets. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival;
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond;
