Albion Blue is a spacious and extremely well appointed family beach house, with quick and easy access to Collingwood Beach. It also has a fantastic indoor / outdoor entertaining area and views of the bay from the upstairs level. It is a perfect entertainer for a families or friends going away together.
"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special - this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location - Albion Blue is located along the Collingwood Beach strip of Elizabeth Drive, Vincentia and is literally only an 80 metre walk via Albion Street to the beach. Jervis Blue is also very conveniently located between Vincentia and Huskisson, with shopping, eating out and plenty of activities nearby in either direction. The house also has views across Jervis Bay from the upstairs level.

Configuration - Albion Blue is a large two-storey house with four bedrooms - two upstairs and two downstairs. The ground floor has a good-sized kitchen and dining room, a large and comfortable tv lounge with big screeen tv and super comfy leather couches, an internal laundry and a separate shower / toilet. The downstairs bedrooms are one queen room and one twin room with two singles - having a shared bathroom with a shower / bath. Upstairs has two bedrooms one double and one twin room with two singles - both sharing a bathroom with toilet and shower. Both upstairs bedrooms access awhich overlooks Elizabeth Drive and has good views to Jervis Bay.
Special note - the rumpus room has a pool table that is covered and is for the owner's use only. Please do not uncover or use the pool table during your stay.
Outdoors- Albion Blue has a fantastic indoor / outdoor entertaining area with a lounge area, dining table for 12, and a gas BBQ. There is also a fenced garden area for the kids.
Heating and Cooling - all four bedrooms have ceiling fans and one electric heater is provided.
Linen - Albion Blue supplies linen.Please however remember to bring your own beach towels.
Parking - there is plenty of off street parking available and Albion Street is especially well suited to boat parking.
Pets - Sorry, Albion Blue is not a pet-friendly property. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

Internet / Wi-Fi access - NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you may use it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
