"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special - This property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location - Grey Gums on Jervis is located at the southern end of Vincentia, literally only 100 metres from the cycle way and beautiful Orion Beach. The house is also only a ten minutewalk from the Coles supermarket, cafes and retail stores and a five minute drive to the Bay and Basin Leisure Centre.
Key Features - A large sundeck leads off both upstairs bedrooms and the living area, offering filtered views of Jervis Bay in a quiet, serene setting.
Configuration - The apartment is accessed via the ground level and it attached to a permanent residence. You are greeted by a small sitting area and dining. Also located on the lower level is the kitchen, Bedroom One with a queen bed as well as a small, modern bathroom. Upstairs the remaining two queen bedrooms lead off the hallway and both access the sundeck. A second bathroom and large living area with mini bar make indoor/outdoor entertaining a breeze.
Outdoors - There is a large, grass yard to enjoy with BBQ on the ground level of the apartment. Upstairs each room leads out onto a sun deck with outdoor setting along with glimpses of Jervis Bay.
Heating and Cooling- Grey Gums in Jervis can be opened up to allow a cool breeze through the house, the bedrooms also have ceiling fans to keep you cool in the warmer months. There are also two small electric heaters for the winter months.
Linen - Grey Gums on Jervis provides bed linen and towels for up to six people. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
Parking- There is plenty of street parking in Caroline Street. If you park on the driveway, please park nose in as far as you can - so that the left side of thedouble lock up garage door for the other unit is not obstructed.
Pets - Grey Gums on Jervis is not pet-friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Special information - Grey Gums is a two story apartment attached to the owner's permanent residence. The design is such that total privacy and plenty of private garden, living and outdoor space is assured.
Internet / Wi-Fi access - NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you may use it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
