As you enter you are greeted by open plan living, dining and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. All three bedrooms run off the main living area and have built-in robes and gorgeous decor. The main bathroom caters nicely for the size of the house with the added bonus of an extra toilet in the laundry.
Enjoy easy access to Jervis Bays walking trails & cycle tracks, or pop down for a quick swim before soaking up the views over a leisurely breakfast on the north facing front verandah. You may just see a dolphin or two.

For health/allergy reasons, pets are not permitted inside with the exception of the laundry for sleeping purposes. The large rear yard is fully fenced. Fence heights range from a 1 mtr driveway gate to a 2.3 mtr colourbond fence. You are expected to clean up after your pet and place bagged droppings in the bins provided. Pets are STRICTLY forbidden in bedrooms. Any evidence of your pet may incur an extra cleaning fee. We accept no responsibility for your pets security or wellbeing during your stay.
A bond of $750 must be secured by a valid Credit Card not Debit/Credit. We accept VISA or MasterCard not Amex or Diners;
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond;
