As you enter you are greeted by open plan living, dining and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. All three bedrooms run off the main living area and have built-in robes and gorgeous decor. The main bathroom caters nicely for the size of the house with the added bonus of an extra shower/toilet in the external but undercover laundry.
Enjoy the view and a sun-drenched breakfast from the front verandah where you may just see a dolphin or two.

This property IS suitable for a small 'outdoor' pet. For health/allergy reasons, pets are not permitted inside with the exception of the laundry for sleeping purposes; The fence lines are the usual 2m however, the gate height across the drive is only 1m - not suitable for larger pets.
A bond of $750 must be secured by a valid Credit Card not Debit/Credit. We accept VISA or MasterCard not Amex or Diners;
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond;

The rates displayed on STAYZ are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
