It is a five minute walk to beautiful Orion Beach, and because of its elevated position, has views to the bay from the upstairs deck. Its location, roominess and tranquility will pleasantly surprise you.

"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location - Annabel's Place is located in a quiet pocket of Vincentia, with National Parks land at is rear. It is in an elevated position, with lovely views of Jervis Bay from the large upstairs deck. The closest beach is about a 5 minute walk away - along Caroline Street.The Vincentia shops and all other amenities are also very close by car.
Key Features - Annabel's Placehas a quiet setting and is very well laid out for families with children or a large gathering. There is plenty of space to run around and lovely views if you just want to sit and relax on the main deck.
Configuration - Annabel's Place is a generous,two storey house, configured as follows:
The downstairs level has a living area with slow combustion wood fire place, a king bedroom, good sized shared bathroom, and two additional bedrooms one with a tri-bunk bed, and the second with a tri-bunk bed + single bed. There is also an outside rear sitting area under cover, an external laundry with second shower and toilet, and a good sized back yard.
The upstairs level has a combined living, dining, kitchen area and a large outside, covered deck. Both the kitchen and deck have lovely views of Jervis Bay. There is also a large queen bedroom on this level, with its own toilet.
Outdoors - Annabel's Place has good lawn areas, an outdoor seating area downstairs, a large covered area for the kids behind the garage, and the large upstairs deck. Overall, there are plenty of options for relaxing outside, or for dispersing the kids
Heating and Cooling - Annabel's Place has some air conditioning and celing fans, as well as a lovely, slow burning wood combustion fire place for winter.
Linen - Annabel's Placedoes not supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by tenant or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.
Parking - there is off street, open air parking for 2 - 3 cars on the driveway.
Pets - Sorry, Annabel's Placeis a not pet friendly property.
Minimum stay - there is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January
Peak changeover day - please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Internet / Wi-Fi access - please be aware that there is no ADSL in Hyams Beach and poor ADSL internet in most other areas of Jervis Bay. As a result, until the NBN is rolled out, none of our houses offers internet access. If a house has internet, you may use it but with no guarantee by us or the owner re its reliability. If you bring an internet dongle, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise guests go to various cafes in Huskisson, the Sanctuary Point Public Library or the St Georges Basin Country Club - all of which provide free Wi-Fi.
