This 2 storey 60s/70s beach house has been renovated and transformed into a showcase of genuine design classics. Its a very spacious entertaining pad, perfect for a beach holiday with family and friends or a romantic getaway.
Its a 4 bedroom house with large open plan living areas upstairs and downstairs. The first floor living area is a breezy space to relax, flowing to a large balcony with views towards Jervis Bay. Spacious designer couches, a retro bar and the latest in electronic entertainment, a 60 TV and Sonos sound system, complete the picture.
A 1950s Italian Sputnik ceiling pendant by Stilnovo will light up the meal, and the conversation, at the 8 seater Eames dining setting.
Downstairs, the entry room features a polished concrete floor, soft leather day bed and over-sized Anglepoise floor lamp. A large indoor/outdoor living room opens onto a garden patio with dining area and 8 burner gas BBQ. An 80 litre french door fridge and freezer has filtered, chilled water and ice cubes on tap.
3 Queen sized bedrooms are furnished by MUJI with brand new mattresses. All bed linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. Funky storage units, Kartell bedside tables and Grant Featherston seats ensure youll feel relaxed and comfortable. The fourth bedroom features bunk beds.
Collingwood beach is across the road. Vincentia shopping centre, with a Coles supermarket, restaurants, cafe, newsagent and other shops is less than 10 minutes walk away.
If youre feeling energetic, walk or ride along the bike path that fronts the beach. It takes you to Huskisson to the north or Plantation Point in the south.

Linen is included year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, quilts, blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. We also supply beach towels.
The kitchen offers an oven, microwave, fridge, espresso machine, coffee grinder, electric jug, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware, wine glasses, utensils etc.

Flows to the outdoor entertaining area with gas barbecue and seating. Offers additional lounges, TV and fridge thats been plumbed for ice water, ice cubes and crushed ice on demand.
Garage is not for guest use. It contains chemicals and garden tools so definitely not safe for children.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond;
