With north facing views to die for, a secluded beach on your door step, and a flexible configuration catering for different groups, The Beach House is one of our most popular properties.
It spans 3 levels and is positioned perfectly on the sought after Orion Beach stretch of Elizabeth Drive.
The western end of Orion Beach, located a only metres from your doorstep, is a stunning protected beach that you are likely to either have to yourself, or be sharing with very few others. It is a veritable playground for the kids with bush, beach and safe swimming to enjoy.
A new section of the "Around The Bay Walk" (scheduled for completion in late 2015) will wander along in front of the house. This will allow for a picturesque and level walk or bike ride to Huskisson in one direction and Plantation Point in the other. This path continues from the end of Nelson's Beach (as a walking path), all the way to Hyams Beach.
The shops are just around the corner, a short drive or a 10 minute walk away.
The house is divided into the studio on the lower floor and the main house on the upper 2 levels. If you have a party of 6 or less, then the upper two floors are probably all you'll need.
The property enjoys a large open plan indoor/outdoor dining and lounge area has ceiling to floor glass to take advantage of the beautiful north facing views of bush, beach and sea. The magnificent Australian landscape at its best is yours to enjoy from almost every room or whilst relaxing on the generous outdoor decks.
There are 2 recently renovated, modern kitchens. The main one is on the ground floor and allows your mind to wander as you stare out over Jervis Bay whilst preparing meals. The other is more of a kitchenette and is located downstairs in the studio.
All seasons are catered for with air conditioning and heating throughout the house.
The Beach House will sleep up to 10 adults. Infants in their own cots can be additional to the maximum guest limit.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
- Master bedroom: On the upper level, has an ensuite and a private deck from which to take in magnificent views of the bay.
- Bedroom 2: On the ground floor, has two Single beds
- Bedroom 3: On the ground floor, has 2 long single beds that can be combined to form a King sized bed if required.
- Bedroom 4 (in the studio): has a King bed, which can be split into 2 long single beds if required.
The studio also has a modular sofa lounge/bed in the living room that is configurable as either 1 queen bed or 2 singles (best for children).
On a side note, The Bungalow (accommodating a further 5 guests) which is located nearby, is ideal to book in addition to the Beach House for extended families or families wishing to holiday with grandparents and friends. It is also the perfect teenagers or parents' retreat.
BATHROOMS and LAUNDRY
The main bathroom is located between the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. It is a generous sized area with a shower, vanity and toilet.
The master bedroom upstairs, has a combined shower/bath along with a toilet.
The studio also has its own small bathroom with shower and toilet.
Just behind the house is a separate (and very cute!) laundry with a washing machine and dryer. There's also a clothes line nearby.
There is plenty of deck room off the ground floor and a good barbeque to whip up lunch while enjoying the wonderful views.
Downstairs has a paved area leading onto a nice grassy lawn. The established gardens and outdoor shower top off a great backyard.
There's parking for 2 cars at the end of the driveway, and plenty of on street parking out the front.
This studio is included for all bookings with 7 or more guests, or is available for a small extra charge if your group is less than 7 and you would like to use it. It sleeps 4, as mentioned above.
Recently renovated, it contains all you'll need including its own bathroom, new kitchen and open plan living room, bedroom, air conditioning, flat screen TV and direct access to paved terrace and garden.
Please note that the Studio can't be booked independently of the whole house.
Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.

This property is managed by a licenced Holiday Rental Specialist; the leader in high end holiday accommodation around Jervis Bay. We go far beyond that which is provided by a real estate agent in terms of service, reliability, fairness, cleanliness and quality of holiday homes.
> ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Wherever possible, we will contact you the day before to offer early arrival and/or late departure.
If you don't hear from us, we ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking (where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm we will let you know that you can check in early). Departure is strictly 10am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
> PARTIES, FUNCTIONS and GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.
> WHAT IS INCLUDED?
We provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will even have the beds made for you when you arrive!
The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is "Spray and Wipe", detergent, dishwashing tablets and dishcloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.
Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.
There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.
Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost.
If you find something that you would expect to have at YOUR holiday home is missing, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange it.

Please be aware that ADSL (fixed line broadband) internet connections are very unreliable and speeds are significantly slower than metropolitan areas. Unfortunately we have no control over this. There is extensive coverage of Telstra's 4G and 3G mobile network in the area if you wish to use your mobile phone. Where internet is advertised, we do our best to keep it online, however, please don’t plan your holiday around a reliable internet connection.
