Pipers Run is a peaceful home in a lovely quiet area backing onto a beachfront reserve.
The property is two-storey with 3 bedrooms and is surrounded by nature. While relaxing in the well appointed accommodation, enjoy the native wildlife and the peace and quiet of the beautiful surroundings of Jervis Bay.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen with two bedrooms upstairs and the large 3rd bedroom is located downstairs. The fabulous rear decking has an outdoor setting overlooking the fully fenced backyard. There is access to the beach via the rear gate and walk through to the reserve. There is boat parking in the driveway or in the street.

My family had a great stay at Pipers Run. Literally 5 minutes from Nelson Beach, which is possibly the best family beach in Jervis Bay - usually sheltered from the wind with crystal clear water and very small waves. The house is set back from the beach behind bush - you can't see the sea but can hear it and it is very sheltered. Awesome beds in the main bedrooms, and perfectly adequate beds in the downstairs bunkroom. Excellent washing machine. Elderly dryer but it worked. Loads of heaters and down doonas so good for a winter stay too. My kids loved having their own playroom downstairs. We would come again.
After a day out viewing the spectacular migrating whales and dolphins breaching and flipping out of the twinkling waters, Pipers Run is perfect for a beach holiday escape to unwind relaxing on the deck basking in the sun, or chilling out with your favourite drink. As well don't forget the winter food and wine festival to tantalise your tastebuds at our Shoalhaven wineries.
Come down 26th May to the 11th June to enjoy the SeeChange festival at Jervis Bay to view the range of arts and performers which is an important milestone of the history in our festival celebrating the culture, community and environment of Jervis Bay and Basin.

Directions to property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 24 hours prior to arrival. During the stay, information can be found on our app or call the office.
If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our booking team for a quote.
If you don't book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

Standard check in is strictly from 3pm and check out is strictly at 10am. Please contact the office to enquire about an early check in time depending on the time of the year. If we take a back to back booking, which forces a same day turn-around we will not be able to honour the earlier time. We can offer you a complimentary 1 hour extension of the check in or check out time as a gesture of goodwill, which would still depend on whether we are able to.
The bond is $500
