Aqua Vincentia Holiday Unit is downstairs from the owners residence and has 2 bedrooms with a spare fold up bed for a 3rd child. The second bedroom is next to the dining room with a curtain across, please see the photos. Tennis rackets, boogie boards, 2 bicycles, puzzles and chalk board are available for guests to enjoy. Please ensure you return all items to their appropriate place. There are 2 pedestal fans and an electric heater.
The front deck is fenced for children and pets however, pets must not be left inside the property while guests are out as there is no backyard access. Don't forget your beach towels. Access is via the gate to the deck.

The beach is within a short walk and one of the most amazing beach experiences we have had in a long time. The brief words of review here are simply not enough to describe how much the property, and the hosts exceeded all expectation. I am quite simply as a loss to find any fault at all.

Standard check in is strictly from 3pm and check out is strictly at 10am. Please contact the office to enquire about an early check in time depending on the time of the year. If we take a back to back booking, which forces a same day turn around we will not be able to honour the earlier time. We can offer you a complimentary 1 hour extension of the check in or check out time as a gesture of goodwill, which would still depend on whether we are able to.
Linen is included for $100 per clean.
