The pristine aqua-blue waters await your morning swims with dolphins, closely followed by a relaxing stroll along the white sands of the Jervis Bay beaches.
The walking/bike path will take you into Huskisson or Vincentia and is about a 15-minute bike ride to either destination. Water activities are limitless here only metres from your door - with swimming, snorkeling, surfing, fishing, boating, whale & dolphin watching, just to name a few.

Vincentia Beach House Retreat is an ultra modern beach house in an exclusive area of Vincentia. Accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably.
Master Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed, with a built-in wardrobe, TV and has its own beautiful ensuite with a luxurious oversized round bath included. There is access from this bedroom out onto a large verandah with superb evergreen garden views.
Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed, with a built-in wardrobe. Perfect for another couple.
Bedroom 3 - Double size bed, with a built-in wardrobe. Perfect for another couple.
There is also a fold out double size futon located in the bar area, perfect for those big nights or additional guests
All bed linen can be included for our guests for an additional cost.
The property has a large bar with plenty of room to dance the night away.
Seperate laundry, toilet and second bathroom with another oversized round bath located at bottom end of the property.
Large double lock up garage easily fits 2 cars, 4 in total including driveway parking
Outdoor shower cold for rinsing off after short walk back from beach.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, crockery, tea towels, blender, sandwich maker and much more. The pantry left with all of your essential staples and more.
Noise after 10PM should be kept to a minimum. Please enjoy your stay, but respect your neighbours.

There isn't too much that isn't fully provided at this property, you will be delighted to find all you need and more.

Vincentia local shopping mall has a Coles supermarket, bottle shop, post office, bakery, chemist, doctor & dentist, banks, restaurants, cafes etc. Huskisson has a larger shopping strip which also includes boutiques, unique homeware stores. Experience dinner at the local restaurants such as Kanpai Japanese restaurant, 5 Little Pigs, The Quarters, Stonegrill, Wild Ginger or The Gunyah at Paper Bark Camp.
Enjoy a pub meal and entertainment at the perfectly positioned Huskisson Pub.

Fishing off the beach is at your back door where you can bring in flathead & whiting, the beach has plenty of pippis that can be used for bait.
Moona Moona creek is 3km metres away from Vincentia Beach house retreat and is great for the younger children where you can spend time swimming and fishing.
Dolphin Watch cruises are all year round and whale watching is in season during June and November.
Visit the historic Lady Denman Maritime Museum, with regular exhibitions, a fish feeding pond, and a Mangrove boardwalk.
Close by is Booderee National Park, with scenic bushwalks, idyllic beaches and Caves Beach for surfing, local wildlife at Green Patch, the ruins of Cape St George lighthouse, and the only Aboriginal-owned Botanic Gardens to explore.
