Finchley B&B's small unit is self-contained with small sitting room, separate QS bedded room, and full bathroom shower over bath. The unit has a private entrance off an enclosed marine wire sheltered and gated deck which includes outdoor seating and BBQ. We are situated in a pretty, tranquil, rural setting on 2 acres of lightly treed land overlooking a large dam to the east, and only two minutes from the Princes Highway in Wandandian, half way between Nowra to the North and Milton-Ulladulla to the south. The unit is a motel style unit, intended for short-stay accommodation, eg travellers who are just stopping overnight in transit, or a couple of nights on a longer journey up or down the coast, or people who will be out most of the time and don't need all the additional amenities provided by the cottage. The unit comprises a small sitting room with TV, DVD player, toaster, kettle, microwave, crockery, cutlery, some pantry items coffees, teas, toast toppers, condiments etc, and a bar fridge. A fan and evaporative cooler are available if required. Continental breakfast provisions are included in the price, and are negotiated with the guests at time of booking. Guests prepare breakfast for themselves at their convenience. Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome, subject to negotiation and advising of breeds and ages of pets at time of booking. The unit is non-smoking, and is equipped with smoke detectors and alarms. A BBQ is also available on the deck, and appropriate tools provided. The rooms are small but comfortable. There is plenty of space for children or pets to stretch their legs outdoors, and we ask that guests respect the environment and fellow guests, hosts and neighbours when staying at Finchley. No parties, no additional guests except by prior negotiation, and please pick up after your dogs. There is a fold out sofa in the sitting room for an extra guest however it takes up most of the room.
