The bathroom downstairs has a nice sized bath.

The house has Foxtel on the main television upstairs, with all channels, including the new 4K channel. The kids retreat downstairs has a PS4 & DVD/Blu ray player. Both rooms have

Netflix on demand.

A collection of DVDs & Blu ray movies is provided for your enjoyment.

The house has WiFi access.

There is no air conditioning.

There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer and easy access to the clothes line outside.
