Each residential Wing is fitted out with quality inclusions, lounge, large plasma TV, DVD and CD players, central heating, electric blankets, air-conditioning, internet, free national telephone and a bar fridge stocked with complimentary drinks. The larger of the suites has a spa bath and 42 sq m balcony overlooking the garden and the township of Bowral.
There are several lounge rooms in which to relax and a billiard room to play a game and enjoy the complimentary port. One comfortable lounge has a wood fire for those cozy entertaining evenings to listen to CD's or watch a movie. There is also a well stocked library for a quiet read.
Menabillie Manor is the original homestead of 'Menabillie' - a Hereford Stud and Race Horse Stable owned by Reg Lynam, formerly of Lynam's Ice Cream who sold out to Streets Ice Cream in the 1950's and retired to Bowral aligning with the race horse trainer Tommy Smith in the 1960's t0 1980's for countless race horse winners.
Warm refreshments await your arrival and at 5pm each Saturday an excellent comlimentary High Tea is served with award winning local Centennial Vineyards Pinot Chardonnay sparkling wine to the background of classical piano on the Yamha C7 Grand. If you are a pianist, simply bring your music to play the grand piano.
Menabillie Manor is proud of its country full cooked breakfast served with local products, our own eggs, fresh oven baked sourdough bread and local jams.
Near to the property are several enjoyable walks to Mt Gibraltar Reserve and Lake Alexander Reserve with more adventurous walks in nearby National Parks.
One essential trip is to take an hour country scenic drive to the beach resort of Kiama and on the way visit the sub-tropical Minnamurra Rain Forest within the Budderoo National Park.
Also relaxing is a stroll through Menabillie Manor's one and a half acre garden, collect the fresh eggs for breakfast from the resident's own chicken run and watch the local varied bird life.

Accommodation type and services
Menabillie Manor has two separate suites available for booking, the Tulip Wing and the Bradman Wing, rather than a whole house type booking, each having a queen sized bed.
It is bed & breakfast type accommodation not self-contained accommodation.
In the larger suite, the Tulip Wing, an additional folder bed is available at $50 per night for an adult and $30 for a child 6 and over.
An additional cot is available in both suites free of charge
A continental and a cooked breakfast is served each morning with fresh eggs from our laying chickens.
Refreshments are served on arrival - scones and tea or a cheese platter and wine
A complimentary High Tea is served on Saturdays at 5pm including local award winning Centennial Vineyards sparkling white wine to the background of Chopin and Beethoven on the grand piano.
