Rated 5 out of 5 by from Groomsmen house! Booked the house for all of the groomsmen at our wedding! They were very comfortable and enjoyed their stay. The only let down was it smelt a lot like a smokers house.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cosy, well situated accomodation We stayed at Number 12 last weekend and it was a pretty good experience all up. The kitchen had just about everything we needed for a night in and the location was useful to explore Bowral and the district. Heating was fine and the BBQ worked well. The only areas for improvement would be curtains on the upper 3rd bedroom window to allow more of a sleep in and much better quality pillows. But all up, this is a good place to stay and I would recommend it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from cosy cottage in old bowral Nice cottage only 15 mins walk from cafes & shops. Not massive but just as the pictures show. Clean and comfortable with wine and hot cross buns waiting when we arrived. Wi Fi would be a good addition but we enjoyed our stay with 3 adults and 2 young children

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A lovely cottage in Old Bowral! This is an excellent location offering all we wanted, it's within walking distance to parks and town in a lovely part of Old Bowral. The cottage has very comfortable beds with quality linen, it's very cosy with a bright and airy atmosphere, freshly decorated and has a great garden outlook. We definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as expected Place was small, old and cold. (not "cosy", "vintage" or "lots of fresh air"). Really lacking decent furniture and equipment. There wasn't enough kitchen utensils for instance. Really disappointed.
