Centennial Cottages provide deluxe accommodation just 1 km from the Bowral CBD and less than 900 metres from the popular Gibraltar Resort with the Bowral Country Club Golf Course right on its doorstep. Centennial Rd is also home to Centennial Vineyards, Craigieburn Golf Resort and Hopewood House.
These 2 interconnected apartments each with kitchen, living, separate queen bedroom and bathroom can be booked separately or the adjoining door can be opened and they can be booked together. Apartment One has a day bed with trundle that extends to a queen bed in the bedroom and Apartment Two has a double sofa bed in the sitting room, so whilst individually they are perfect for a couple, combined they are suitable for families and can sleep up to 8 guests.
Designed by Jess Hunter Interiors, the kitchens are fully equipped including espresso machine/ microwave/ oven/ stove, sitting rooms light and bright with large screen TV/DVDs with Netflix and the décor modern and pleasing to the eye. The two apartments each have their own parking area and share a sunny private north/west lawn with a choice of outdoor seating.
Fully cooked breakfasts are available a short 1 km walk away at Peppers Craigieburn as is High Tea and dinners to die for. Try the Harvey Bar at Gibraltar Resort on a Friday night where you might just bump into its namesake Geoff Harvey, the retired and renowned Television musician. With over 60 local vineyards to choose from, a little further up the road is Centennial Vineyards for wine tasting and all manner of functions and a short 8km country drive away is Berrima including Berkelouw’s Book Barn, Bendooley Estate and the renowned Josh's Café.
