29 on Shepherd is a stylish, well equipped home within the Bowral town centre. With local shops and cafes only a short stroll away, and many Southern Highlands attractions close by, 29 on Shepherd is a great option for one or two couples - sorry no children.

"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "4for 5" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid.

Location- 29 on Shepherd is centrally located in Bowral near the Art Society Gallery. The local shops and cafes are a short walk, and the nearby towns of Moss Vale and Mittagong are a short drive away. Wedding venues, wineries and local attractions are all close by. The Bradman Museum is a short 5 minute stroll away. 

Key Features- this stylish property has many great features. The high front fence ensures privacy in the garden and the sunny verandah, and the comfortable living spaces offer great areas to relax and unwind.

Configuration- when you enter 29 on Shepherd you will find two  good sized bedrooms off the entry hall. Bedroom one has a king bed and Bedroom two has two king singles. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as a separate second toilet and the hand vanity basin is seperate from the bathroom and toilet.  There is a comfortable dining area, complete with book shelves and games under the bench seating. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, bar fridge and slow cooker. The living room is spacious and well-appointed with a gas fireplace to keep the house cosy warm.

Outdoors - 29 on Shepherd has lovely outdoor options for your stay. The sunny front verandah is a great place to relax, overlooking the secluded front garden with a high fence the gives complete privacy from the road.

Heating and cooling   - there are fans in the two bedrooms for the warmer months and ducted heating for the cooler months. You will also find electric blankets for those nights that are extra chilly, as well as a gas Jetmaster fire in the living room.

Linen -   linen and bath towels are supplied at 29 on Shepherd.

Parking  - there is no on-site parking for guests, however along Shepherd Street or a near side street, you will generally find on-street parking.

Pets  - sorry, 29 on Shepherd is not a pet friendly property. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options. 

Minimum stay -  there is a minimum two  night stay for all bookings, which changes to three    nights on long weekends, four  nights at Easter.

Special Information - 29 on Shepherd is located at the front another dwelling - each with its   own entrance. The front, very private garden is also for your exclusive use during your stay.
