BEDROOMS: The main residence accommodates up to 7 people.
Bedroom One has a queen sized bed, a beautiful view and a brand new ensuite bathroom with over-sized shower and underfloor heating.
Bedroom Two is even larger, has a queen size bed and views.
Bedroom Three has 2 large single beds and views.
Bedroom Four has one single bed.
All linen, towels and bedding are of the highest quality and are supplied at no extra cost.

There is also a rear deck with a family sized BBQ and easy access to the carport.
The informal lounge area has an open fire which can also be enjoyed from the dining table right through to the kitchen. All firewood is provided and a supply of cut fire wood is stored in a wood box on the rear deck.
There is underfloor, ducted gas heating throughout the house as well as an air-conditioning unit in the main living area for the occasional hot summer’s day.
Marthaguy has a stunning new kitchen with everything you may need and more. It is a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with quality appliances. The view from the sink is spectacular, especially when the doors onto the deck are opened and folded to one side, creating a lovely indoor/outdoor space.

The Studio is a private residence, occupied by the owner at times. It is attached to the house but with it’s own separate entry. Your privacy and space is completely respected. You won’t even notice the owner’s presence, unless you need assistance or information.

• national parks
• action and adventure pursuits.
Almost all these are no more than a 5 minute drive from the property.

CHECK OUT: 10.00 am I will try and accommodate earlier or later check in’s and check out’s when possible.
NO SMOKING inside. Permitted outside upon request with consideration to bushfire hazards. Butts must be disposed of thoughtfully.
PETS: With consideration to guest comfort and with regard to the lack of adequate fencing, pets are not allowed. However, alternative accommodation for your pets is available locally. Please check with the owner for recommended pet boarding/pet sitting options.
EXTRA GUESTS visiting the property must be arranged prior to arrival.
NO LARGE PARTIES. Smaller dinner or lunch parties may be agreed by by prior arrangement and only with Management’s blessing. In such cases, a higher bond might apply. If any damage is incurred whatsoever, the cost of repair will be taken from the bond.
GENERAL CARE: Respectful care of the house and grounds would be appreciated. Please leave the house as neat and tidy as you found it, placing all garbage/recycling in the bins provided in the carport.
