Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite, opens to timber deck, plus upstairs queen bedroom and 3rd bedroom with 2 large single beds. Electric blankets and ALL LINEN SUPPLIED.
Main bathroom upstairs has shower, bath, w.c. vanity and heated towel rails. A small child's bed or cot is provided in the Queen room.

The dam is teeming with wildlife and a quaint shed from the filmset of "Babe" which was filmed near here, is in the garden.
Close to horse riding, waterfalls, bushwalks, lookouts at Fitzroy Falls, "Illawarra Fly" treetop walk and wineries. A variety of cafes and restaurants in Robertson and the famous English style Burrawang pub and General Store Cafe in the village which are both open for lunch every day. The pub is open for dinner Friday and Saturday.
And dont forget the local country butcher Maugers in Burrawang who "grows his own " and makes delicious home made pies, smokes his own bacon, and keeps some smallgoods, milk and papers. Open until 12 noon on Saturdays.
It is approx. 20 mins to Bowral with its good selection of boutiques, gourmet food shops and cafes. It is also home to the famous Bradman Museum and Oval, a must-see for the cricket loving boys. There is a cinema with 3 theatres screening first release movies and the historic town of Berrima c.1830 is just 20 minutes drive.
For those fancying a game of golf, there are excellent courses at Moss Vale, Mt. Broughton and Mittagong.
Spring time is a great time to visit the many beautiful gardens in the district and Autumn sees the renowned "Brigadoon" at Bundanoon, the Scottish Highland Gathering.
Weekly markets sell terrific local produce and the Highland wineries offer a good opportunity to stock up on some quality wines.
If this is all too energetic just relax on the verandah or curl up in the lounge with a good book and relax. Games, puzzles and chess for the brainy ones.
