We have created a stylish, comfortable & affordable self contained guest suite with its own private entrance, in a quiet, central location, perfect for a highlands getaway. Located 5 minutes from Moss Vales fabulous cafe’s, restaurants & exotic homeware boutiques & 15 minutes from Bowral & Berrima, the location is ideal for all the WEDDING VENUES, wineries etc. In fact, perfect for a short stay alternative to a motel or hotel. Mt Ashby Vineyard & Southern Highlands Winery are both a short drive away. Both deserve a visit

The guest suite consists of one queen bedroom, a cosy sitting room & a lovely new bathroom with large bath and separate shower. You will find a kettle, microwave & fridge, coffee plunger in a mini kitchenette. We supply a delicious continental breakfast for your first morning. There is NOT an oven.

Another queen bedroom is available for two extra guests at a small extra charge per person.

The entire guest suite is yours and you will find it quiet & private.

MOSS VALE is in the centre of the Highlands and all the wedding venues are close by.

The Area

We are located on the outskirts of Moss Vale, close to Tudor House and backing onto the historic Throsby Estate, where kangaroos hop amongst grazing cows. Although the area, which was once farmland is now quite urban, the location is quiet and the surrounding properties are at least an acre in size.

Moss Vale is the agricultural centre of the region with saleyards, farmers market and annual show & rodeo.

You’ll be delighted with the many things there are to do from tasting cool climate wines, playing golf and browsing the many antiques, crafts and enticing homewares stores and galleries. Moss Vale is a great base for exploring the Highlands delicious food and wine.
