Located just 90 minutes drive from Sydney in the Southern Highlands, Roslyn Park sits on 70 picturesque acres.

A working farm consisting of chickens, pigs, dorper sheep and beef cattle.

The fully self contained accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom all with electric blankets, fresh sundried linen and fluffy doonas and pillows.

Although attached to the main farm house your accommodation is completely separate with your own private entrance.

The lounge/sitting room has a large TV, CD/DVD and sound system with slow combustion fire for those cool winter nights and fully equipped kitchenette with electric cooktop and full size dishwasher.

Modern bathroom with deep bath shower is over bath, separate toilet and laundry facilities.

A BBQ is also available for your use and outdoor dining setting.

Basic breakfast provisions are included in the rates. Fresh bread please advise your preference upon booking, butter, spreads, tea, instant and pod coffee machine, milk, oj, and of course eggs from our chooks.

A basically stocked pantry is available. We only ask you replace any pantry items used.

Bring your own horses and ride through the property with direct access to Penrose State Forest. At night your horses can be stabled or rested in the paddock. Surcharge applicable.

Guests are welcome to walk through the farm paddocks, and around the dam. Our bottom paddock adjoins Penrose State Forest. Please be aware that any paddock may have animals within so we ask that all gates be closed behind you. Best viewing the pigs from outside their paddock.
