Located on the Illawarra Escarpment, amidst rain forest and tall eucalyptus. Yarrawa Hill is totally private and peaceful,ideal for a holiday or a stress free weekend; it is less than 2 hours from Sydney CBD and Canberra.The only neighbours are wallabies, lyre birds and rosellas.
The house,designed by architect Mark Jones of Nowra,consists of two linked pavilions on a steep north-facing hillside.
The house sits in 156 acres of forest and paddocks,with parking right by the front door at ground level. An absence of stairs and the convenient walk-in showers make two of Yarrawa Hill's three suites handicapped-accessible. There is good 3G reception.
There are three large decks with remarkable bush and ocean views,a large rear paved patio,and full gas and wood-burning barbecue facilities and a double carport.
Our nearest village is Robertson6kms from the house and the closest larger towns are Bowral and Kiama,each about 20 minutes away.
Bowral offers wonderful restaurants and Southern Highlands Chic, while Kiama has excellent swimming and a delightful seaside atmosphere.

The Morton National Park,Carrington Falls, Barren Grounds Nature Reserve, the Illawarra Fly elevated rainforest walk and the Minnamurra rain forest offer outstanding walking,while numerous activities from riding to golf are locally available.
West Pavillion & East Wing
The Great Room in the West Pavilion has double-glazed glass walls on three sides to maximise the sea and bush views. With its three large leather couches,dining table, large flat screen TV and sound system, it's a wonderful place for a Winter and Summer relaxation.
The open plan state-of-the-art kitchen has stainless-steel work surfaces & breakfast bar. There is central heating, a wood-burning stove & open fire for warmth, electric oven and gas hobs,microwave, fridge-freezer and a walk-in pantry.
All kitchen equipment and crockery is provided.
The East Wing contains two, entirely self-contained living areas, each with its own, Double bedroom, study and bathroom, one with a full bath.
There is also a conservatory sitting room, with wet bar, fridge & microwave which opens on to a very large deck which has teak loungers & hammocks, ideal for sea views & lyre bird watching
Our Lower Floor Suite was constructed in 2004 offering the third self-contained suite. Its open-plan layout contains sitting and dining areas with under-floor heating and an open fire, wet bar, a very large double bed and an en-suite bathroom with under floor heating.
