The property will undergo renovations with an addition of a pool house at the rear of the yard. It should be completed by October 2018.
After the renovations, the main house will be refreshed.
The pool house will be a deluxe 1 bedroom studio, with its own kitchen, fireplace, private garden, outdoor sauna, and spa.
There will be a gym set up, in the garage.
The property location is 2 minutes from the north end of Avalon beach, and about another 10 minutes walk along the beach or the track behind it to the Avalon town center.
Avalon Beach is located on the Northern Beaches in Sydney. It's nestled between Bilgola Beach and Whale Beach. The beach is 500m long facing south-east, and is bordered by large sandstone cliffs.
Avalon and the surrounding suburbs of Newport, Bilgola, Whale Beach and Palm Beach all have stunning beaches, cafes aplenty and beautiful places to sit and watch or walk and wonder at the beauty of it all. Avalon village is a 10-minute walk and there you have an abundance of cafes and restaurants, cinema, supermarket, library, art gallery, gym, yoga/pilates studio and many home ware stores make up the quaint village area. There are local shops only 5-minute walk down the road where you can get breakfasts/lunches, and a good coffee. Relish Cafe is great
Bangalley Head stands as the highest point and one of the largest bushland reserves on Pittwater's coastline. It has amazing views from the cliffs and is a great walking track with a great variety of native plants in the reserve, which makes Bangalley Head a virtual paradise to many forms of wildlife. It's a 5-minute walk up the road.
Avalon Beach is favoured for picnics with beautiful shady trees, BBQ facilities with picnic tables. There is a pretty rock pool at the southern end of the beach.
If you have time take a short drive down Avalon Parade and visit Clareville Beach, it's a very pretty safe family beach favourite by the locals.
With the bus stop a 2 min walk away you can hop on the L90 and head into the beautiful city of Sydney for a day trip or out to the beautiful Beaches of Palm Beach ... Within 10mins .
We are also a 10 min drive to the ferries that take you to Basin, Mackerel Beach and Ettalong...
Walking we are 10mins to the Avalon Village with its beautiful cafés , Restaurants and boutique shops and fine dining options.
