This architectural designed house packs a lot in the tight site, we excavated into the sandstone hill, that gives the house her name Arenaria Sandstone in Italian, combined with the concrete structure keeps the ground floors cool all summer and has slab heating for the winter.
The rear lane is a quick way to the shops and save the walk up the hill from entry level to rear lane.
Polished concrete floors can be hard on the feet, good to wear slippers or thongs.
If small children are to stay in the house the couch needs to be pulled out from the concrete balustrade to remove the climb/fall issue to the double height void.
