This two bedroom apartment with an undercover car space for one car has a good balcony looking north east with panoramic views across Sydney Harbour to the iconic Sydney Harbour bridge, city buildings and to North Sydney.
The ferry wharf is just a short walk with regular services crossing to the city centre or Darling Harbour in 10 minutes. Alternatively nearby is a city bus stop which goes through the nearby Balmain, with excellent shopping, cafes and restaurants.
Overlooking the harbour means it has lovely sea breezes. There are air-conditioners for warmth or cool air in the lounge and main bedroom.
It is very nicely furnished with suede lounges renovated bathroom offering shower and bath, a large flat screen TV, DVD, internet access, , stove, dishwasher, microwave and in the separate internal laundry offering a new clothes washing machine & separate dryer. The timber dining table looks towards the harbour and great view to enhance your eating experience.

There is a very comfortable queen bed with a soft leather bed-head & side tables with lamps, plus plenty of built in storage wardrobes. The second bedroom is very spacious enough to have a double pull down bed with an attached built in shelf unit. There is a movable rack for hanging clothes. Also this bedroom has a large study desk looking out to the harbour views. There is also a large linen storage cupboard in the hallway.
The apartment is located in an older style lo-rise residential block but this apartment is only a few steps up down the ground floor security entry door so very easily accessed.
