This two bedroom, one bathroom has water views and is in a great location in Balmain...The ferry wharf is just 100 metres away with regular services to Darling Harbour and Circular Quay...Alternatively there are bus's running on a regular basis to the city CBD...Being so close to the water means it has lovely sea breezes to enjoy. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and if needed a stand up fan for the lounge /dining area.
Plasma TV, DVD, kitchenware, stove, dishwasher, microwave and in the bathroom a clothes washing machine & separate dryer.
The bathroom is renovated offering shower over bath.
There is cable Foxtel TV which offers all the major channels including sports & news channels.
Also available is Wi-fi via the tv cable . The timber dining table looks towards the harbour and can be extended to seat 4 .
There is a queen bed & side tables with lamps plus plenty of storage.
The second bedroom has a single bed with a trundle underneath. This trundle can be raised to the height of the bed to make a queen size bed if needed PLEASE let us know if you need the Trundle bed. There is also a built in wardrobe in this bedroom. There is also a large linen cupboard in the hallway
The apartment is located in an older style lo-rise residential block but this apartment is only a few steps up from the ground floor entry foyer.
All in all, a very comfortable place to live and enjoy Sydneys lifestyle.
