The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed in addition to the queen bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for a short or longer stay and there is plenty of room throughout to spread out and relax in the tranquil setting.
Balmain is such a pretty suburb and one of the oldest in Sydney. Within 4 minutes walk of the apartment is the ferry wharf for city access and many varied trendy and traditional bars and restaurants in the heart of Balmain.
Parking is available on the street outside public access, first come first served but rarely full and public transport including the ferry and buses are not far away.
Please note this is a third floor apartment and there is no lift. The stairs are not challenging however and access is pretty easy for the able bodied without breaking a sweat. All bedding and towels for each guest are supplied. There is a coin-operated communal washing machine and dryer in the block which guests can use if they need washing facilities.
