Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great place/Great location! We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, and the apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. The property manager was great to work with, and our deposit was returned within a week. I was nervous to pay up front for a property overseas, but all went seamlessly!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Home Away From Home Brilliant location & such a lovely clean, well equipped apartment. Everything you need & in a perfect spot for a relaxing beachside stay or as a base for exploring Sydney. It was great to have the lock up garage too. Yes it's a little noisy with the windows open but that's Sydney. My only minor criticism was the lack of flyscreens - make sure you remember the insect repellent! Julie was lovely to deal with. We would definitely stay again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous tranquil wee place! Really lovely place -better than the photos ie the kitchen is very light and sunny and no bathroom photo but this is quaint too. All very clean and very homely A beautiful spot and the owner very thoughtful with little things so you have all you need to start off your holiday and pleasant/humble to liase with.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent position What a fab location! The garage was a godsend - and we loved the retro vintage architecture . Miele washing machine was a saviour and it was well equipped . Some people may expect a modern interior / furnishing but it is homey and clean and I eventually managed the double glazing system ! . We stayed in the summer and the weekends here are noisy (with the windows open ) and fun . Beach/ road cleaning / cafe noise but we loved it all . We ate out all the time even though we could have used the well eqipped kitchen. Julie made it so easy - she responded so promptly to every query . Thanks !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Stay I recently stayed at this property with my 3 children and I have to say it was perfect. We were right across the street from the beach and a few great places for breakfast and lunch. After a very busy day of catching up with friends and seeing the sights it was a plus to be able to walk to the Bathers Pavilion (the best restaurant in the area and they have a kids menu) for dinner. The apartment had everything you could ask for and more with beautiful views of the beach. If you have ever been to Balmoral you know parking is hard to come by so the fact the apartment comes with a parking spot is brilliant. In addition. the owner was very responsive and easy to work with. thank you for all the wonderful memories we are already looking forward to booking for next year.
