Huge - the full top floor, with two lounge areas as well as two outdoor balconies. This character home was originally a workman's cottage built circa 1900 that has been extended and newly renovated. It offers spacious living for seven with extra comfortable beds and mattresses. If there are additional guests, an extra single bed can be placed in both the second bedroom and 1st lounge, plus a toddler bed, a DayBed, a Porta-crib and a baby bassinet are available if required. All in all catering for up to 9 adults and three infants. Highchair available on request.
For guests with mobility issues, there is a hand rail up the 3 steps to the front door, an electric bed and even a bus stop outside if the short walking distance to amenities is difficult.
You will have completely private access to this joint apartment. This will provide entry through the front door, the connecting door and also a fire exit down rear circular stairs and a side pathway to the front.
The entrance has an electronic digital lock and you will be provided your code before arrival. Your host lives in the downstairs area and you will have her mobile number, so assistance is readily available.
This is quiet suburbia yet still within short walking distance to the bustling shopping and many multi-cultural restaurants. There is also a green circular walk through local parks with two good children's play areas.
This area is very convenient to the airport and a short walk to the train station giving excellent access to the city and other venues. Most guests do not bother hiring a car as the public transport is excellent.
For those needing to work, two of the bedrooms have a desk and office chair.

• No overnight non-Stayz guests. If more guests than booked are found to be staying, the additional listed nightly charge will be deducted from your security deposit. If there are more guests than the property takes, you will be asked to leave immediately.
